I was on a retreat with friends when I ended up in my first Wim Hof Method breathwork session. I had no idea what I was walking into. But something shifted. The feeling it gave me clarity, calm, connection, something just clicked.

I kept coming back to it. Breathwork, the cold, deep subconscious work, iit all just made sense in my body in a way that nothing else ever had.

And then, in one of those sessions my future self.
She was free and I just knew. I couldn’t keep living the way I had been.

I'd spent over 20 years in banking. A successful career, the kind people admire from the outside, on the inside, I was tired, tired of being chained to a laptop, stuck in meetings, living through a screen. So I did something that felt wild… I walked away.

Now I help others find that for themselves.
Through Hypnotic Breath using breathwork and subconscious work — I guide people back to their own inner power. It’s not about explaining it. It’s about experiencing it.

This is just the beginning. I see myself leading retreats that change lives. Creating spaces where people come home to themselves in a way they’ve never done before.

Last year I made a choice that changed everything.

‘Control your controllables’
- I think often as humans we are so easily fixated on issues & problems in life which are out of our control
That cyclist that made you late for work or that coffee you spilled this morning

But this is the reality, we cannot control those things.

BUT what we CAN control is how we react to those uncontrollable moments & for me that’s how breathwork changed my life- giving me the tools & techniques to understand how to manage & control my own emotions

So in times when life seems hectic & all out of place, I can always rely on the simplest of things… breathing 🫁

This was one of the best days of my life!

Watching the London Marathon today brings back all the incredible memories from 2017.

I absolutely loved every second of it. Such an amazing challenge with loads of highs and a few lows but crossing that finish line with everyone cheering your name is outstanding. The most electric atmosphere!

I’m that person who believes I can do anything….. I’ve defo been proved wrong along the way realising that ‘some things’ aren’t within my capabilities 🤭 but this was never one of those times.

I totally believed I could do this and put everything into making it happen. Watching it again today has me considering entering the ballot for next year… we shall see!

Yesterday’s Full Breathwork Workshop at the @wellbeingswansea was truly special.

We gathered in an intimate setting with a wonderful group of women, most of whom were new to breathwork.

We started by exploring how our breath feels in the body and its impact on our emotions.

Then we moved into a powerful Wim Hof Method inspired breathing session, guiding everyone through hypnotic and empowering visualisations to help them step into their inner confidence and strength.

We ended by opening our hearts, sharing experiences and sipping cacao together.

This space is perfect for these transformative moments.

That was the energy at the start of the day and totally fair. Breathwork can feel strange when it’s new.
But by the end? You could feel the shift in the room.

I was invited to @fairyhill to hold space for a beautiful team who are about to head into a full on summer season and we spent the day exploring how to stay steady in the middle of it all.

We started simple:
Breath awareness.
How we breathe… where it lands… the pace, the depth, the emotion that sneaks in with each inhale.

How, with just a few tweaks, we can shift everything: stress, energy, sleep, focus, mood.

We practiced techniques for different moments in the day—small ones that fit into real life. Not about “fixing,” just supporting the body in doing what it’s made to do: regulate, release, recover.

Leaving this amazing team with everything they need to be able to adapt throughout their day.

Then we dropped in A full Wim Hof Method-style breath session, held in the most incredible space 😍😍😍

Floor to ceiling glass, wide open views of rolling green, wrapped in trees and birdsong.

It was immersive. Deep. Regulating. A full nervous system reset. The kind of space that holds you while you let go.

Massive love to the team for being so open to something totally new!!! There were nerves at the start. But they showed up with full hearts, big breaths, and a willingness to feel. That’s where the real transformation lives.

Afterwards, the dreamy @walessaunahut sauna arrived and brought the perfect end to the day—ice baths, nature, rest, laughter, connection.

Honestly? This kind of day should be the standard, not the exception.

Thank you to everyone who made it what it was. Grateful to do this work.
