I didn’t go looking for this—it found me.

I was on a retreat with friends when I stumbled into my first WHM breathwork session. In that moment, something shifted. I absolutely loved the way that it made me feel and the impact it had on me. That feeling never left me. It pulled me deeper into breathwork, cold exposure and hypnosis.

Until one day, during a breathwork session, I saw my future self, I felt clarity, focus, I knew what I wanted to do. I wanted freedom!

I was done being chained to a laptop, stuck in endless meetings, watching life happen through a screen. So I walked away. Not because I had to but because I knew there was something bigger waiting for me.

Now, through Hypnotic Breath, I help others unlock that same sense of focus, confidence, self belief and possibility. Whether it’s through breathwork, hypnosis, or ice baths, this is about experience, not explanation. I am passionate about wellbeing, I want to share with as many people as possible how they can heal themselves from within.

This is just the beginning, because I see myself leading life changing retreats, bringing people into spaces where they can reconnect with themselves in a way they never have before.

CrossFit Open 2025 ✔️

I used to stress over the Open, compare myself to others and overthink every workout.

Now I train because I enjoy it, I like to feel strong and I’m happy seeing what my body can do as I get older 👵🏼 . I plan on still doing this in my 90’s 😏

This year, I had fun with it and looking back, I’ve smashed movements that I couldn’t do in previous years so that’s my win. Progress….but more importantly, enjoying the process 💪🏽

Here’s a little insight into a private Wim Hof Method session.

An absolute pleasure guiding these seasoned breathers today, @00betsan and @mispinc practice breathwork daily and have felt the benefit for many years but it’s always nice to be guided for a more powerful experience.

Take a look at the depth of their breath, they’re breathing in fully, right down deep to their diaphragm, filling their chest and then letting the air go. This style of breathing promotes change from within so whilst in that altered state we introduce some visualisation. Today focused on uplifting, powerful women for International Women’s Day.

Both went to an amazing place and felt like they could take on the world afterwards.

They’re primed and powered for the week ahead, ready to take on anything!

They then tackled the ice bath and I’m so proud of them. We slow the breath down for this, signalling to the body that we’re safe.

Both exceeded 2mins and controlled their breath throughout. They both left with a new lust for life!! I can’t wait to see them again!

A tribute to the female that inspired me the most…

When I finally took the leap into a whole new life. I took inspiration from my daughter.

Before I ever considered breaking out of my comfort zone, she was already doing it!

She built a successful business while still at university, proved what was possible through sheer determination and went on to graduate with a first , all while working hard as part of the British Weightlifting Talent Squad. (Proud Mum 🥹)

She set the standard!

So on International Women’s Day, I celebrate her!!

I celebrate all the women who lead by example, who inspire others just by being unapologetically themselves and who remind us that it’s never too late to start again.

We now both get to do what we love, help people, sharing our passion but the best part is we get to do it together 🫶🏼🫶🏼

This morning was something else 🥹
The sun lit up the sky as the tide rolled in, setting the scene for something special.

High tide crashed against the shore, golden light streaming into the room, warming our skin and then, the breath took over.

People showed up fully!! Diving deep, letting go of what no longer served them and emerging lighter, freer and more alive.

The power of breathwork never ceases to amaze me and today was no different.

We are back for the fourth time at RecovHub Wellness Centre, this 2 hour Wim Hof Method session has been a favourite among past participants leaving them feeling energised, empowered and transformed.
