Liz Hollis

I’m a Mindset and Resilience Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. I’m also certified in breathwork for emotional release and I’ve made it my mission to spread the word of wellbeing to as many people as possible.

After two decades leading teams in the corporate world I discovered first-hand how powerful breathwork and mindset tools can be in transforming stress into strength. That passion has never left me — I know the breath is where it all begins.

I blend science-backed techniques like breathwork, hypnosis and NLP with down-to-earth coaching that meets you exactly where you are. My approach is compassionate, practical and laser-focused on helping you rediscover confidence and calm.

Outside of sessions you’ll usually find me in the sea (yes, even in winter), chasing sunrises or guiding groups through powerful breathwork journeys that create real, lasting change.
